ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF THE USE OF DISCIPLINARY MEASURES ON CONVICTED PERSONS CONSISTING OF ON THE ACCOUNT OF CRIMINAL ENFORCEMENT INSPECTIONS

Annotation:

The article is devoted to the peculiarities of the use of means of disciplinary influence on convicts who are registered with the criminal executive inspections, as well as ways to improve them. It is proposed that when monitoring compliance with the postponement of serving a sentence by convicted drug addicts, it is proposed to provide warnings applied by the criminal executive inspectorate for certain violations of the course of treatment. And for the malicious evasion of a convicted person recognized as a drug addict from the obligation to undergo treatment for drug addiction and medical and (or) social rehabilitation, it is proposed to provide for criminal liability. In order to positively stimulate law-abiding behavior, it is proposed to regulate incentive measures in the form of gratitude and in the form of early removal of a previously imposed penalty (warning), after serving at least three months of the sentence from the date of imposition of the penalty, and also to provide for the possibility of applying incentive measures in the form of gratitude and in the form of early removal of a previously imposed penalty (warning)in relation to those sentenced to mandatory work, after serving at least 60 hours of the sentence from the date of imposition of the penalty.
