APPLICATION OF IMITATING PRODUCTS IN TACTICAL – SPECIAL TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF THE CRIMINAL EXECUTIVE SYSTEM

Annotation:

At the present stage of reforming of criminal Executive system (further – UIS) when the employee acts as the guarantor of law and order in places of detention, training of the prison staff is put forward as a priority. This area of training is a rather complex and multi-faceted process, which includes a set of disciplines in theoretical areas, as well as conducting practical classes and training in order to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to act in various emergency situations. These skills are acquired and practiced by employees in the course of training in tactical and special training.
This article presents the goals and objectives of tactical and special training, which is an integral part of the service and combat training of employees of the penitentiary system, aimed at training personnel to professional actions in extreme situations in places of deprivation of liberty. The article also considers the use of simulation tools in classes on fire and tactical and special training in order to improve the effectiveness of the training process.
