Annotation:

In accordance with article 1 of The criminal Executive code of the Russian Federation , the main task of the criminal Executive legislation is not only to regulate the procedure and conditions for the execution and serving of sentences, but also to protect the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of convicts, determine the means of their correction, and assist them in social adaptation. It should be noted that great attention is paid to the issue of increasing the effectiveness of punishment in the form of deprivation of liberty in the Sciences of penal enforcement and criminal law. Special attention is paid to operational search activities and technical means of supervision and control, acting as a means of ensuring the regime. This article proposes amendments to Chapter 12 of The criminal Executive code of the Russian Federation, as well as the creation of a large-scale database of the ACUS PTC, which includes data from a number of institutions of various territorial bodies.
