PREVENTION OF INJURIES WHEN CONDUCTING EXERCISES ON BATTLE RECEPTIONS FOR STAFF OF THE FPS OF RUSSIA

Аnnotation:

The article examines the characteristics of injuries in Russia and in the penal system as a whole. Reflected is the normative and legal support for the life and health of employees of institutions and bodies of the penal system. Separately, it is worth noting the role of the teacher,
which consists in correct preparation for physical training classes, as well as in a high level of professional skill.
In this paper, taking into account the experience of the Tomsk Institute for Advanced Training of employees of the Federal Service for the Execution of Punishments, recommendations are presented on the prevention of injuries in the classroom on combat techniques. A
brief description of the main directions of the educational process is given. Particular attention is paid to the role of warm-up during training in combat techniques of struggle, forms and methods of warm-up are considered.
On the basis of the studied injury prevention measures, an important component is – an individual approach to trainees, in connection with their level and characteristics of physical development.
The work is intended for practical use in the process of organizing, planning and conducting both training sessions on combat techniques of struggle, and physical culture and sports events.
