Annotation:

The article is devoted to the issues of methodological support of distance learning technologies in universities of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia based on the use of electronic educational systems, as well as training programs. The relevance of the issues under consideration is due to the need to adapt the educational process in the higher educational institutions of the Federal Penitentiary Service to the conditions of self-isolation of students and teaching staff, as well as the further development of the distance learning system and technologies in the training of the penitentiary system employees. The work considers a methodological approach to creation, defines the basic concepts, structure, capabilities and features of electronic educational systems, focuses on the set of methods that underlie their development. Attention is focused on certain issues of the organization of the educational process, providing the opportunity to carry out training on the basis of modern information and communication technologies. Attention is paid to the content of exemplary structures of educational disciplines and educational modules of electronic educational complexes, the methodology for their creation and use in the educational process. The role and place of interactive training programs in the distance learning system is explained, the importance of their use for the implementation of a practice-oriented approach to the training of prison staff is indicated.
