ON THE ISSUE OF PHYSICAL TRAINING OF EMPLOYEES OF SECURITY UNITS IN THE PENAL SYSTEM

Annotation:

The Relevance of this article is due to the fact that currently in the security units of the penal enforcement system (hereinafter referred to as UIS) there is a negative trend towards a decrease in the level of professionally applied physical training of UIS employees, which in turn has a negative impact on the performance of the security service as a whole. In this article, we have considered some of the problems that, in our opinion, should be addressed when planning, organizing and conducting physical training classes. They pointed out the specific features of the performance of employees in this category, as well as factors that contribute to reducing the level of physical fitness of employees. We considered the concept of physical fitness, its role, place and significance in the system of training of employees of security divisions of the UIS. We have proposed a number of measures that, in our opinion, could significantly increase the motivation and desire of employees to constantly improve their level of physical fitness, which in turn will help employees to perform their duties at a higher professional level.
