Annotation:

The article is devoted to the issues of using the results of operational-search activities in the interests of criminal procedural proof. The aim of the work is an attempt to once again show that the results of operational-search activities obtained in good faith using modern methods are not inferior in quality to criminal procedural evidence. The author managed to develop the principles of transition of redundancy of operational information into the sufficiency of criminal procedural evidence and describe their essential beginning.
