THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING OF STAFF OF PENAL CORRECTION SYSTEM ON FIGHTING METHODS OF FIGHT (HAND-TO-HAND FIGHT)

Annotation:

The author considers the right of employees of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia to use physical force, special means and weapons within the framework of the criminal Exec-utive legislation of the Russian Federation. The forms of training of employees and practical experience in the use of combat techniques of struggle in the penal system are studied. Separately, it is worth noting the study of combat techniques of fighting by employees who were first accepted for service in the UIS and are undergoing initial training. Special attention is paid to the physical training of female employees serving in the penal system. The article analyzes issues related to improving the skill level of employees in combat techniques of fighting with the use of service-applied sports – participation in hand-to-hand combat competitions. Based on the study of fighting techniques, an important link in the training of employees of the penal system is the development of psychological and physical qualities. The issue of increasing the level of efficiency of the process of studying combat techniques of wrestling, which contributes to the development of the necessary skills in the training of employees of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia, remains debatable. The article may be useful for employees of the criminal Executive system, as well as cadets, students and teachers of educational organizations of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia.
