Annotation:

The role of the leadership in the stability of the functioning of institutions and bodies of the penal system cannot be underestimated. As a rule, for the high-quality performance of the functions of the manager of the employee, it is necessary to notice in advance and in the pro-cess of passing the service to prepare him for performing functions of a larger volume. Both of these components imply that the applicant has the appropriate professional and human qualities, without which it is practically impossible to become a manager. In the process of preparation, it is necessary to develop all the competencies accompanying the head, morally and psychologically prepare for a change in his status and instill a sense of responsibility for the state of affairs in the institution. The duration of this process takes a fairly long period of time, which allows the formation of a professional specialist with sufficient theoretical and practical experience in the relevant profession. This procedure allows you to form a competent person who, in terms of his business and moral qualities, is ready to fulfill his duties in a managerial position.
