Annotation:

Information technologies in constitutional legal relations are analyzed by us as processes, methods of searching, collecting, storing, processing, providing, distributing information about constitutional legal actions and events, as well as ways of implementing such processes and methods. The analysis is carried out in two main directions: the use of information technologies in constitutional legal relations; recognition of the latest information technologies as the subject of constitutional and legal regulation. The use of information technology is not a guarantee of the constitutionalization of legal relations. The widespread use of information technologies in constitutional legal relations necessitates the search for a constitutional balance between the state and human rights.
