Annotation:

In this paper, we analyze individual measures to ensure the production of cases of administrative offenses. The authors consider the normative legal acts regulating the application of these measures to ensure the production of cases of administrative offenses and the application of legal norms in practice.
The authors consider the features of delivery and drive and the purposes of their application in the proceedings on administrative offenses, analyze the purpose of security measures in the administrative process. The paper presents a comparative analysis of delivery and drive as measures to ensure the production of cases of administrative offenses, which, acting as coercive measures, are aimed at solving different goals of administrative proceedings. The authors determine the practical significance of delivery and drive both in the activities of internal affairs bodies that ensure the protection of public order and public safety, and administrative proceedings.
