EDUCATIONAL WORK OF THE HEAD OF THE GUARD WITH PERSONNEL

Annotation:
The article considers the educational work of the chief of the guard with the personnel of the criminal Executive system (hereinafter referred to as the UIS) as a set of measures aimed at forming the necessary professional qualities of a person. The main forms and methods of educational work with the personnel of the guard are presented, the use of which would allow developing the motivation of subordinate employees to improve their professional skills and self-improvement, instill a sense of responsibility, duty and pride in the chosen profession, and form the necessary moral and volitional qualities that allow them to perform the assigned tasks at a high professional level. In sentries for the protection of correctional institutions, the organization of a high-quality educational process is given quite a lot of importance. The effectiveness of this process largely depends on the readiness and professionalism of the head of the guard. In this regard, there are currently high requirements for specialists who are personally responsible for organizing and conducting educational work with personnel.
