VALUE-SEMANTIC ASPECTS OF SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE QUALITY OF LIFE IN ANTI-STRESS COUNSELING OF PENITENTIARY DEPARTMENT

Annotation:

The article deals with the specifics of the professional activity of the staff of the penal correction system as an object of anti-stress counseling. Attention is focused on the fact that the appeal of the individual to their value-semantic coordinates in the process of counseling will allow to actualize the internal reserves of the individual, with the help of which it is possible to overcome crisis and problem situations in all spheres of human life. The task of anti-stress counseling for staff of institutions and bodies that execute criminal penalties is defined, and the types of counseling are considered. A survey of penitentiary staff was carried out on the example of institutions that execute sentences in the Tomsk region in order to find out the most common difficulties encountered in the course of performing professional duties. The analysis of the problems that served as the basis for the implementation of anti-stress consulting measures is given. The article substantiates the position of the psychologist who carries out the process of counseling, aimed at building a system of methods and methods for relieving psychological stress by updating socially favorable value-semantic formations of the person being consulted. The role of the penitentiary psychologist in fixing negative personal factors with subsequent work aimed at correcting behavior and assessing the quality of life of employees is noted. It is stated that it is necessary to further study the subjective assessment of the quality of life of prison staff working with convicts, taking into account their inherent value-semantic aspects in the process of conducting anti-stress counseling.
