Annotation:

The article discusses issues related to factors determining the adoption of a managerial decision and the procedure for its adoption. The author notes that the adoption of managerial decisions is an important and integral part of the leader. The process of making a managerial decision depends on many factors, among which the personal assessments of the head, the environment for making a managerial decision, the information limitations, the availability of financial investments, as well as the relationship of earlier decisions, are distinguished. The presence of a clear and well-developed organizational and staffing structure in the penal system allows to effectively ensure the management decision-making process, which is a certain cyclical system, where the following components are first determined: decision-making industry, informing the actors involved in the decision-making process, evaluating the results and making the necessary adjustments. Making a managerial decision depends on a number of factors, including technical, legal, moral, and others. The effectiveness of the decision also depends on the personal qualities of the leader, who must be mobile, creative and learn his profession every day.
