Annotation:
The article is devoted to some aspects of the use of distance learning technologies in the implementation of professional development programs in departmental educational organizations. Currently, the use of remote forms is becoming more and more popular. Considering the positive side of e-learning, in particular, convenience, accessibility and mobility, an opposite influence on the process have a lack of motivation of the listener to acquire knowledge, limiting the possibility of implementing interactive forms of learning, lack of computer literacy among staff, lack of objective identification of the student’s personality and other circumstances. Analyzing these aspects, the author comes to the conclusion that the problems of improving the use of distance educational technologies in the system of additional professional education are extremely relevant. The active personal position of the listener, based on his stable motivation to learn, is of fundamental importance in this process. At the same time, as a Dialogic process, training should be based on feedback from the teacher and the student.
