PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT OF THE TRAINING OF STAFF OF THE FPS OF RUSSIA

This article reflects the system of professional training of employees of the penitentiary system within the framework of the professional development program. The role of pedagogical support in the learning process is reflected. Conclusions are drawn that pedagogical support is considered successful when the psychological and pedagogical competence of the teacher is formed, due to the presence of mechanisms and psychological and pedagogical conditions.
In modern conditions, there is a tendency to develop professional development programs for employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in various job categories. This is due not only to the obligation to take advanced training courses in accordance with the Manual on the Organization of Professional Training of Employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia, but also to a set of principles and conditions that contribute to improving the level of professional competence.
The author analyzes for the period 2016-2021 the trained employees under the advanced training program at the Tomsk Institute of Advanced Training of Employees of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia. Special attention is paid to the introduction of distance learning in 2020.
