Annotation:

Annotation. In the subject field of the article, the issues of theoretical development (creation) of educational models in the context of modern scientific and educational practice are considered. The development (creation) of educational models is disclosed in relation to the professional training of employees of the domestic penal system (hereinafter – UIS). The argumentation is given that the adult education system (andragogical system), as a union of integral socially active institutional structures, ensures the realization of future needs, being a dynamically continuous process, systemically constant and taking place throughout a person’s professional life. At the present stage of the development of pedagogical science and social and social relations, the modeling of professional training is distinguished as a special type of pedagogical activity. The issues of improving the efficiency and quality of vocational education, improving the educational process, introducing new educational methods and learning technologies are actualized when implemented in the context of restrictive measures associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, are of research interest for both scientists and practitioners, and have become a subject of this article.
